Rossaveal or Ros an Mhíl is a Gaeltacht village in the Connemara area of County Galway, Ireland. It is the main ferry port for the Aran Islands in Galway Bay. It is about 23 kilometres from Galway city.

The Irish name Ros an Mhíl means "peninsula of the whale or sea monster".
